Cortlandt Animal Hospital has been incorporated and owned by Dr. Berk since 1981. We have undergone many exciting changes in the past few years, the largest being a total renovation of the interior and exterior of the hospital! We are constantly striving to improve our facility. In addition, we proudly offer the safest anesthetics available as well as comprehensive pain control for your pet's comfort.
With the most recent addition of Dr Wallace, in August of 2003, we now have three veterinarians on staff. All of the doctors care for dogs and cats, but both Dr. Wallace and Dr. Westrom see exotics, including birds, reptiles and pocket pets. Dr. Westrom is also available for veterinary acupuncture.

At Cortlandt Animal Hospital we are always upgrading our equipment to provide our patients with the most advanced technology and safest care.
With the recent addition of our digital radiology unit, we can obtain higher quality images in a fraction of the time needed for traditional film radiographs. Now we can have a working diagnosis with our in-house laboratory and digital radiography within an hour.
We also take great pride in who we are. Our staff has been together a long time. Our clients recognize this and have developed a great deal of trust with all of the staff.
